How are YOU exercising the freedom that so many were prepared to die to protect? We have an idea. The Virtual Veteran’s Day Workout is THE GIVE TEAM’S way of expressing our thanks by giving a little extra effort and a lot of gratitude. Join us by taking only FIFTEEN MINUTES out of your day and perform THE GIVE TEAM 15 and earn a SWEET GIVE TEAM PATCH. Limited number of spots available.

  1. Register with a $20 fee (100% of proceeds support Give Team fall season events - ALL being hosted by military veteran organizations)
  2. Perform THE GIVE TEAM 15 anytime on Veterans Day weekend (November 9, 10 or 11) - 15 exercises over 15 minutes, going as hard as you can (AMRAP) or as slow as you like for :45, then :15 break before beginning the next exercise (click LINK for list and description of the exercises). 
  3. TAKE A PIC or VIDEO of yourself or your workout environment before, during or immediately after and post it to Instagram or Facebook or Twitter and tag #thegiveteam15 (DON’T FORGET TO TAG) BONUS POINTS if your workout is performed in a GIVE TEAM SHIRT (available for purchase on this online store). 
  4. WATCH INSTAGRAM on November 10 to see Coach and OD experience THE GIVE TEAM MOTTO: No matter how little you have, you ALWAYS have something to give. BE STRONG! GIVE MORE! They’ll be running the GoRuck Star 50 mile ruck in Jacksonville, then IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD will do THE GIVE TEAM 15 on Instagram Live.
